Foodie Incubator Forage Kitchen Opens Oct. 7
Iso Rabins and Matthew Johansen's culinary co-working house Forage Kitchen (478 25th St.) will open in Uptown Oakland subsequent week, to coincide with First Fridays on Oct. 7 from 5-9 p.m. (when it might be open to the public). As an enormous kitchen with a communal office, it'll serve because the home for organic meal-beginning business Thistle, caterers Smokin Woods BBQ, and others.
